Beauty In Chaos es una banda que siempre ésta en constante evolución, y así como nos presentaron Behind The Veil, y su reflejo remezclado, Further Behind The Veil, con sencillos a cargo de Tish Ciravolo en Afterlife, Orion, tema ejecutado por Whitney Tai, The Kiss of The World a cargo de Elena Alice Fossi, y Grasp The Stars, con la excelente colaboración vocal de Betsy Martin, ahora en la Noche de Halloween nos presentan un nuevo sencillo, en el cual reversionan un tema clásico de Concrete Blonde con Whitney Tai, Kat Leon y Tish Ciravolo haciendo la labor vocal femenina envolviendo la voz de Michael Ciravolo, mientras el sax de Mars Williams de The Psychedelic Furs da la atmósfera adecuada para que Vicente Cordero e Industrialism Films hagan su magia ilustrando una realización que se encuentra ya disponible en Apple Music, Spotify, y Bandcamp.

Bloodletting (The Vampire Song) es la crónica de una noche que, si bien pudiera ser la última de tu existencia rutinaria, abre nuevas posibilidades más allá del tiempo y los límites comunes una vez entiendas que, al encontrarte con seres de tu propia especie, no estás en peligro ni en prisión sino con tu propio clan.

I always loved this song, as Johnette’s lyrics painted an eerily realistic picture of my hometown. On a recent trip there, I found myself walking through some dark side streets in the French Quarter with my BIC producer Michael Rozon and the freaky sights and sounds had this song ringing in my head. I heard a saxophone wailing from a distant club and that inspired this cover idea. Fortunately for me, my friends Tim Palmer and Richard Fortus had just produced the latest Furs album and kindly made an introduction to Mars. I’ve always loved what he plays with one of my favorite bands and he thankfully agreed to be part of this.
Siempre me encantó esta canción, ya que la letra de Johnette pintaba una imagen inquietantemente realista de mi ciudad natal. En un viaje reciente allí, me encontré caminando por algunas calles oscuras del Barrio Francés con mi productor de BIC, Michael Rozon, y las extrañas imágenes y sonidos hicieron que esta canción resonara en mi cabeza. Escuché un saxofón aullando desde un club distante y eso inspiró esta idea de portada. Afortunadamente para mí, mis amigos Tim Palmer y Richard Fortus acababan de producir el último álbum de Furs y amablemente me presentaron a Mars. Siempre me ha gustado lo que toca con una de mis bandas favoritas y afortunadamente accedió a ser parte de esto.

Well, this video is certainly VERY different from our most recent single ‘Afterlife’. We wanted a very tongue-in-cheek (or would that be fangs-in-neck?) mix of ‘Eyes Wide Shut‘‘ and ’‘Lost Boys” … focusing more on a loosely-based storyline than just a simple band performance with it all being in good campy fun!
Bueno, este video es ciertamente MUY diferente de nuestro sencillo más reciente ‘Afterlife’. Queríamos una mezcla muy irónica (¿o serían colmillos en el cuello?) de ‘Eyes Wide Shut’ y ‘Lost Boys’… centrándonos más en una historia poco fundamentada que en una simple actuación de la banda. ¡con todo en una buena diversión campy!
