Black Needle Noise es el avatar que John Fryer toma para presentar sus propias creaciones de corte industrial, de manera tal que, luego de que en 2017 nos presentara el Lost in Reflections, gran LP que para El Santo del Rock fuese el mejor del año, con sencillos tales como Neon Noir, And Nothing Remains, A Shiver of Want, o independiente a éste con System Bi, tiene nuevo material, del cual nos presenta un sencillo con la colaboración de Raymond Watts aka PIG.

Seed Of Evil es la invocación a la naturaleza primigenia que nos conduce por lugares y sitios vedados a los legos, dónde los rituales y celebraciones requieren de entregarse al placer y el goce de aquellos tabúes de la sociedad moderna.

Joseph Seuferling first came to my attention when I saw he had a film called ‘I Am God’ and BNN had not long just release a song with the same name. So I contacted Joseph and asked if he would like to meet next time he was in LA. Anjela & I went to meet with Joseph Seuferling at the Roosevelt Hotel and whilst we were talking, I asked him he would like to make a video for “Seed Of Evil”. He liked the song so agreed to make a video. So Raymond shot his footage in London and Joseph got to work.
Joseph Seuferling llamó mi atención por primera vez cuando vi que tenía una película llamada ‘I Am God’ y BNN no acababa de lanzar una canción con el mismo nombre. Así que contacté a Joseph y le pregunté si le gustaría conocernos la próxima vez que estuviera en Los Ángeles. Anjela y yo fuimos a reunirnos con Joseph Seuferling en el Hotel Roosevelt y, mientras estábamos hablando, le pregunté si le gustaría hacer un video para «Seed Of Evil». Le gustó la canción, así que acordó hacer un video. Entonces Raymond filmó sus imágenes en Londres y Joseph se puso a trabajar.

The 1st part of the video Joseph made and turned it into a trailer for the song and The World Tour Of Hollywood that Black Needle Noise was about to embark on. Joseph ran out of time to finish the video so I took over the editing to finish it. Anjela and I shot our footage here in LA and then I got to editing, making sure to keep the same style Joseph had set. Once I had finished it, I sent to Joseph and he added some final touches. The result of all our hard work is quite amazing, even if I do say so myself
La primera parte del video la hizo Joseph y quedó cómo un trailer de la canción y el The World Tour Of Hollywood en el que Black Needle Noise estaba a punto de embarcarse. Joseph se quedó sin tiempo para terminar el video, así que me hice cargo de la edición para terminarlo. Anjela y yo filmamos nuestras imágenes aquí en Los Ángeles y luego comencé a editar, asegurándome de mantener el mismo estilo que Joseph había establecido. Una vez que lo terminé, lo envié a Joseph y él agregó algunos toques finales. El resultado de todo nuestro arduo trabajo es bastante sorprendente, incluso si lo digo yo mismo.

When John Fryer called, it was like cream was fed to my poison crop. I was thrilled to lend Satan’s little helping hand to Black Needle Noise. The result from this marriage made in hell was appropriately called ‘Seed of Evil’ … it pours out of me into the night, where the devil ties it nice and tight.
Cuando John Fryer llamó, fue como si crema fuese aagregada a mi cosecha de veneno. Me emocionó echarle la pequeña mano de Satanás a Black Needle Noise. El resultado de este matrimonio hecho en el infierno se llamó apropiadamente «Semilla del mal» … se derrama de mí a la noche, donde el diablo lo ata bien y con fuerza.

After many a moon passing, we finally got to work together again. I had to find the right song for Raymond but I think we have a great noise-pop hit on our hands. It’s been a real pleasure working with Raymond on this and I can’t wait to hear it in the clubs.
Después de que pasara una luna, finalmente volvimos a trabajar juntos. Tenía que encontrar la canción correcta para Raymond, pero creo que tenemos un gran éxito en nuestras manos. Ha sido un verdadero placer trabajar con Raymond en esto y no puedo esperar para escuchar la canción en los clubes.
