Seal Party es la banda que se genera a partir de que Chris McGrew y Kevin Seal tienen acceso durante la pandemia al hasta entonces vacío Studio C de los Hyde Street Studios en San Francisco (AKA Wally’s HydeOut), ubicado en el predio anteriormente conocido como los Wally Heider Studios, de manera tal que, tras convocar, con las respectivas medidas sanitarias, a gente de la talla de Isaiah Sharkey (D’Angelo, John Mayer, Patti LaBelle), Keyon Harrold (D’Angelo, Maxwell), Larry Boothroyd (Jello Biafra & the Guantanamo School of Medicine, Victims Family), el bajista Uriah Duffy (Whitesnake, Fantastic Negrito), Ben Misterka (Collectivity), el saxofonista Kenneth Whalum (Beyoncé, Jay-Z, Maxwell, Justin Timberlake), el trompetista Rich Armstrong (Spoon, Boz Scaggs, Tony! Toni! Tone!, Thomas Dolby), el guitarrista Jonnie Axtell (Psychefunkapus, Dee Snider, Tone Loc), y al saxofonista Daniel Casares (Atta Kid, Jazz Mafia, the New Mastersounds), para dar forma a un álbum que nos presentan con su más reciente sencillo, mismo que cuenta con la colaboración del organista Chris Rob (Kanye West, Stevie Wonder, John Legend, Anita Baker, Talib Kweli) y que, a partir del 10 de Junio, estará disponible en Spotify, Apple Music, y Bandcamp, siendo MMXXII, el disco, lanzado el próximo 5 de Agosto, digitalmente por New Age Distribution, con el CD distribuido por X Racer Productions, con la fiesta correspondiente a realizarse el próximo 30 de Junio en el Rickshaw Stop de San Francisco, con boletos disponibles dando CLICK AQUÍ.
