Human Sadness es un tema que versa, como su título lo indica, respecto a la tristeza humana, a aquello que comunmente se le conoce como «problemas de mujeres» y no es más que un derivado de la falta de correspondencia en una relación emotivo afectiva y que lo mismo afecta a hombres y mujeres, siendo al final un motivo de depresión y problemas más graves de la psique humana que pueden derivar en locura o un alienamiento de la realidad si no se tratan a tiempo.
